Argentina & Brazil
This client has had the same group of loyal customers travelling with them for many years and have enjoyed the best of global hospitality. From Peru to Egypt to Jordan to India, they have been “ticking off” the 7 Wonders of the World. This trip took them to Rio to see the famous “Corcovado” Christ the Redeemer statue.
A jam packed two weeks saw this group arrive in Argentina in time to see the All Blacks play the Pumas and enjoy the best of Argentinian delights and sights in Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls. Once in Brazil, guests travelled from Iguazu to Rio de Janiero where they were kept busy exploring what Brazil has to offer, finishing with some well needed downtime at the beach in Buzios.
Cancun, Mexico
This incentive programme offered a higher tier long haul trip to Mexico and a lower tier short haul trip to Melbourne Cup. Customers earned their way to either destination, with some lucky enough to achieve trips to both Cancun and Melbourne!
In Cancun, guests were treated to a fun filled week of jetboat driving to cave swimming to underwater museums to golf cart adventure racing and VIP beach clubs. These activities, along with a visit to Chichen Itza and exclusive dining experiences, ensured the group experienced the best of this stunning destination.
Travel and event companies like us can organise anything but the weather! Regrettably, this group was held up in Houston due to flooding and cancelled flights. This is where an experienced travel company becomes invaluable as we had to implement Plan B in Houston on the spot. Participants still said they had the best trip ever!
Melbourne Cup
This short haul trip offered participants the opportunity to experience “the race that stops two nations” in corporate style at Flemington. Guests were treated to dinner watching the RWC final (okay so the ABs weren’t playing, we’re good at Venture Travel but not good enough to make this happen!), exclusive tour of the MCG and Sports Arena, craft brewery tastings and lunch as well as a private dinner in Melbourne’s spookiest venue, the Old Melbourne Gaol!

Fiji
Fiji offered a fun filled few days combined with some conference time during the dreary NZ winter for this client. Island time, beach activities and exclusive dinners along with “just a little work” gave these participants the break they needed in this timeless and favourite destination for Kiwis.
Luxury accommodation, sunsets & cocktails are hard to beat but why not combine a CSR related activity into your itinerary? Guests love making a difference at a local village or school and we love putting our groups’ skills to work!
Waiheke Island
Your group doesn’t have to get their passports out to enjoy a fabulous incentive experience and we’ve arranged programmes nationwide.
For example one client took their top customers to Waiheke Island where guests enjoyed dinners on the beach to more bespoke meals and entertainment at the gorgeous wineries, to partaking in various activities on the island (from ziplining to gin & tonic making!)
